"The Pregnancy Yoga classes have enabled me to exercise my body and relax my mind. I find myself fitter and more relaxed than with my previous pregnancies, and although the classes can be challenging sometimes, I find myself 'hooked'and eager to come back for the next session"
- Marianne

Pregnancy Yoga for Mothers to Be*

Pregnancy Yoga at London Yoga Circle - KensingtonPregnancy is a unique and wondrous time in life. The London Yoga Circle’s goal is to offer a comfortable space for you to connect with your body, your baby and your true inner strength.

Class size is intentionally kept small, assuring that you will receive individual attention. Our pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help strengthen the body for child bearing and aid in relieving the common discomforts your body experiences.

Classes also help you find the time and space to look within yourself, allowing you to openly explore your own intrinsic knowledge about the process of birth.

Practicing Yoga during pregnancy can enhance the wondrous journey to motherhood by allowing you to:

  • Experience pregnancy with minimal discomfort whilst developing strength, stamina and overall well being
  • Prepare your body and mind for labour and birth through gentle stretching, active poses, breathing techniques and deep relaxation.
  • Connect to your baby growing within.
  • Meet other mothers-to-be with whom you can share the experience of being pregnant and becoming mothers.
  • Empower yourself with the strength and confidence to experience the best possible birth for you and your baby.

Classes are taught by Gabriella Espinosa. She is a certified yoga instructor through the British Wheel of Yoga, trained in pregnancy yoga with Nadia Narain of Triyoga and the proud mother of 3 beautiful children.

For more information please email or call Gabriella at 0779 661 6413.

*Important Note: It is generally advisable that pregnancy yoga be started after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please consult with your doctor before beginning pregnancy yoga.
